For All Ages

 

Embark on a magical journey of words, wonder, and creation at the much-anticipated Whitewater Storytelling Festival. This enchanting event occurs May 30th and 31st at the Whitewater Arts Alliance’s Cultural Arts Center where stories come alive and imaginations run wild.

The library will be offering a Flowerpot Painting activity and a Story Stroll. Learn more about the full lineup of events for all ages on the Whitewater Arts Alliance's website. 

 

For Kids

 

Stop by the library starting on May 5 and pick up a Kindness Sunflower take & make craft for kids! For ages 3 and up. Available while supplies last. 

 

Join us for a fun storytime with a police officer on Wednesday, May 14 at 9:30 a.m. There will also be opportunities to play and learn with hands-on activities.

Please note the different location! Due to library construction, this program will take place at the Cravath Lakefront Community Center at 341 S. Fremont Street in Whitewater. 

There is no cost or registration. Best for ages 2-6, but all ages are welcome. 

 

 

For homeschool families! Drop in between 1:00-3:00 p.m. to play fun games that teach kids about financial literacy topics, including needs vs. wants, currency recognition, money math, managing income and expenses, understanding profit vs. loss, what a budget is, and more! Best for ages 5 and up.

For Adults

 

 

Learn about and try a different tea each month! Stop by the library starting on May 19 to pick up your kit. 

May's tea is Chai.
